Retro-fit open loop installation. We removed two 80% eff propane furnaces and two 10 SEER A/C’s from this home. We replaced them with a single 6 Ton WaterFurnace Envision dual capacity with domestic hot water. Also included is the WaterFurnace Intellizone system and variable speed blower which provides precise temperature control both upstairs and down. A vertical discharge well was drilled on-site to return the water back to the aquifer. These homeowners will share this discharge well with neighbors.
